Steps to reproduce

1. Start liferay and enable the Single Approver workflow for Web Content Articles
3. Create a Web Content Article
4. Access the workflow for the Article
5. Add a comment to the workflow below
6. Assign the Review to yourself at top right corner

Results of Testing

Expected Result: The admin user can add another Reply and use the three dot menu
Actual Result: The Reply and three dot menu buttons do not work
