When using the comma as decimal separator in Numeric fields with input mask there is an inconsistent behavior with the Validation

      When the decimal Numeric field has an input mask with comma as decimal separator the Validation options has an inconsistent behavior

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
      2. Add a Numeric field
      3. Set numeric to Decimal
      4. Go to the Advanced tab
      5. Enable the Input Mask
      6. Change the decimal separator to 0,00 (now only values using , as a separator will be accepted)
      7. Enable Validation
      8. Create a validation using the 'Is Equal to' option
      9. Observe

      Expected Result
      Validation and Input Mask should be using the same decimal separator

      Actual Result
      Validation and Input Mask are not using the same decimal separator
