The Delete/Move to Recycle Bin option must be last option on menu

Description:
The Delete option must be last option on menu

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Site menu >Content & Data > Kaleo Forms Admin
2. Create a new process
3. Go to the created Kaleo Process and submit a new entry
4. Go to the new entry and click on the kebab menu

Expected Result:
The Track Workflow option should be prior than the Delete option.

Actual Result:
The Track Workflow option is under the Delete option
