Summary:
Widget object does not disappear when the widget button is disabled for the Object

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Object admin
2. Create an Object
3. Enagle the widget button
4. Publish it
5. Create a Widget page
6. Add the Object widget on it
7. Go to Object Admin
8. Click to update the Object
9. Disable the widget button
10. Save it
11. Go back to the Widget page

Expected Result:
Object widget is no longer displayed

Actual Result:
Object widget is displayed

Verified on master: 1ecb92a2247028da8bd0067cb8c66642e4e9c4f3
