Fix the behavior of component requests and their tests.

The following test files need their components to be fixed:

• IndexesPage.es 
  • There is a problem with useInterval.es hook. When run the tests, the fetch request are in looping.
• SingleUpdateDueDateModal.es (Test file)
  • When the request is done, the component needs to update the context.
    The method setUpdateDueDate on mock context is called, the component goes into loop.
• BulkReassignModal.es
  • When the component is being mounted, it makes initial requests. These requests are being performed twice.
• BulkUpdateDueDateModal.es
