Summary:
Review notifications for inactive Object are being displayed on Notifications

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Objects Admin
2. Create an Object and select a panel
3. Publish it
4. Go to Workflow > Process Builder > Configuration
5. Assign Single Approver to the Object
6. Add 2 entries to the Object
7. Approve 1 entry through My Workflow Tasks
8. Go to Objects Admin
9. Inactivate the Object
10. Go to Notifications

Expected Result:
Notifications are not displayed

Actual Result:
The notifications for the inactivated Object are being displayed
