Summary:
It is possible to delete the auto-generated Relationship Field

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open menu > Control Panel > Objects
2. Create an Object A
3. Click to view the Object A
4. Create a Relationship One to Many with itself (ex. Rel1)
5. Go to Fields Tab
6. Click to delete the relationship auto-generated field

Expected Result:
The delete option is not available for this field

Actual Result:
It is possible to delete this field and when the user tries to delete the correspondent Relationship, it crashes the Relationships tab with an "Unexpected error"
