Missing notifications for future blog entry updates

Reproduction steps:

1. Put a Blogs widget on a page.
2. Create a user A, add it to the site, login with it and subscibe on that Blogs widget (in order to get emails when a blog is created or updated)
3. With the admin user again, go to the widget and create a blog. Publish.
Checkpoint: User A immediately receives a notification email about this operation.
4. Edit that blog entry: edit its content and/or title, and also edit its display date by setting it to 10 minutes from now. Publish.
5. Wait for about 10 minutes
Result: user A gets no email notification about the update operation
Expected by customer: user A gets an email notification about the update operation when display date is reached

 This actually works as expected in case of newly created blogs. So if you create a blog and set its display date to 10 minutes from now, then publish it, then wait 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, the email about the blog creation is sent out)
