Description:
The Start and End nodes are not center aligned on the storyboard

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open menu > Workflow > Process Builder > Plus button

Expected Result:
The Start and End nodes should be center aligned on the storyboard (ExpectedResult_Dec06)

Actual Result:
The Start and End nodes are left aligned on the storyboard (ActualResult_Dec06)
