After the node's border becomes red it does not return to no border when the node goes out of the storyboard

Description:
After the node's border becomes red it does not return to no border when the node goes out of the storyboard

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open menu > Workflow > Process Builder > Plus button
2. Place a State node between the Start and End nodes, where the node's border becomes red

Expected Result:
The State node should not be placed at the storyboard and the Start and End red borders are not displayed

Actual Result:
The Start and End red borders still being displayed
