Home folder display in select root folder iframe when configuring MG

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to documents and media > Add a folder named DM Folder
2. Add a widget page > Place the Media Gallery widget on it
3. Configure the root folder to DM Folder > Save the changes
4. Attempt to configure the root folder again by clicking on select
5. Check the frame

Expect Result:
It stays on the current DM folder and the breadcrumb shows "Home > DM folder".

Actual Result:
It shows the home folder directly in the frame.
