Partial results warning message disappears on form page after going to partial results and click on back

Description

The warning text of Partial Results on form page is disappearing when click on "see partial results" and click on back even if we don't close the warning.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
2. Add a field on the Form
3. Click on publish
4. Open Form Page
5. Observer error message
6. Click on "See Partial Result"
7. Click on Back
8. Observe

Expected Result

The partial results warning message should remain on the form page

Actual Result

The partial results warning message is disappearing from the form page
