Description

The partial results page have some visual imperfections when the site language is set to Arabic

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the Portal language to Arabic
2. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
3. Add any field (e.g. Text)
4. Go to Settings > Submissions 
5. Enable Show Partial results to respondents. checkbox
6. Publish the form
7. Go to published form
8. Fill in any data on both fields
9. Submit the form
10. Click on the See Partial Results button
11. Observe

Expected Result

The partial results page should be presented smoothly

The partial results page has several UI issues
