Field search in Forms doesn't show the typed field

Environment: 7.3.x

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a random form with many fields with meaningful names, e.g. 20 items
2. Go to the Rules editor (2nd tab)
3. In the Actions section, select random action and try to search for a field name in the list of fields (e.g a world which appears after 'of' phrase in the field name: name of contact, time of meeting, number of participant, but it can also be any other world)

Expected result:
All field with the world in its name appears in the list

Actual result:
Sometimes there are no results for a search, even though at least one field contains the searched letters
It is possible that if more than 3 letters are typed in search cannot find world if they are not the first world of the field name (e.g. search for 'add' -> finds Email address, but search for 'addre' shows no result).
