The transitions loses it's reference when the Task ID is changed

Description:
The transitions loses it's reference when the Task ID is changed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
2. Add a new Workflow
3. Add a Task node and create one transition from Start node and one transition to End node
4. Go to the Task node and change it's ID

Expected Result:
The transitions should be connected with the node

Actual Result:
The transitions disappears from the diagram
