When hoovering the mouse over the Track Workflow link the pointing finger cursor icon is not displayed

Description:
When hoovering the mouse over the Track Workflow link the pointing finger cursor icon is not displayed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder > Configuration
2. Assign Single Approver to Blogs Entry
3. Go to Site Menu > Content & Data > Blogs
4. Add a new blog entry
5. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver
6. On Dashboard tab, click on Total Pending card
7. At All Items page, select the blog entry
8. On Detail modal, hoover the mouse over the Track Workflow link

Expected Result:
The pointing finger cursor icon should be displayed as well the message "Click and See" 

Actual Result:
The text cursor icon is displayed
