Description:
When the user changes the user's language selection is not possible to edit the Single Approver

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Personal Menu > Account Settings
2. Change the Language to português (Brasil)
3. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
4. Click on Single Approver

Expected Result:
The Single Approver process should be displayed on screen, as the Process Builder works without the feature flag (See ExpectedResult_Jan12.mp4)

Actual Result:
The Single Approver process is not displayed
