The title modification, on Source, is not being applied to the Title field

Description:
The title modification, on Source, is not being applied to the Title field

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder > Source view
2. Update the tag name
3. Click on Diagram View

Expected Result:
The title of the workflow should be modified according to the name given on the Souce

Actual Result:
The Workflow Title's remains the original title
