Requirement:
At least one segment created.

Step-by-Step:

1. Go to Site Builder > Collections
2. Create a Manual collection
3. Select and asset for Anyone segment
4. Create a variation using a segment
5. Try to assign an asset to the variation

Actual result:
The Select button is not present, so the user is not able to assign any asset to the variation.

Expected:
The Select button is present and the user is able to assign any asset to the variation.
