Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a style book
2. Click the drop down in page preview
3. Check the icon in front of Home page

Actual result:
There is a plus icon in front of Home page even no child page existed in Home page.

Expected result:
There is a hr icon in front of Home page if no child page existed in Home page.
