Description:
When an invalid content is imported and corrected the error message still being displayed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
2. Add a new process by importing the CanSaveAsDraft.xml
3. Click on "Diagram View" and see the message "Please enter valid content."
4. Import a valid content (user-approval-workflow (2).xml), click on "Diagram View" and than click on "Source View"

Expected Result:
The message "Please enter valid content." should not be displayed

Actual Result:
The message "Please enter valid content." is being displayed
