Description:
User can Import a non XML file to Process Builder

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
2. Add a new process by importing a .pdf file

Expected Result:
Should not be possible to import a file different from XML

Actual Result:
The user can select .pdf files

Verified on master : 16e6b4c0e0c6bc1b78f01bfffd63bb15116e0976
