"Use to match users" radio button - text not clickable

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Control Panel - SAML Admin - Identity Provider Connections
      2. Click on Add Identity Provider button
      3. Select "Match Using a Specific SAML Attribute Mapping" option under User Resolution
      4. Add user mapping for emailAddress, screenName and uuid
      5. Select each of them for User matching one by one by clicking on the "Use to Match Users"

      Expected behaviour: Each mapping can be selected
      Actual behaviour: Only the first mapping can be selected that way
