Description:
The Process Builder displays the successful message when the user saves a workflow with a Node ID not unique

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
2. Add a new process
3. Add a Fork node and update it's ID to one already existing
4. Click on save button

Expected Result:
It should not be allowed to save the Workflow until the ID is fixed

Actual Result:
The Workflow is saved and the Node ID is changed to a non existing one.
