Description:
Success message is displayed when the user publishes a workflow with the mandatory fields blank

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
2. Add a new process
3. Create a transition between the Start and End nodes
4. Clear the content of the label and id fields from Start node
5. Click on Publish button

Expected Result:
The Workflow not be saved until the fields are filled

Actual Result:
The process is saved and the fields are filled with the default values
