Steps to reproduce:

• Deploy feature flag that is attached to this LPS (not the one in the epic)
• Create a new site based on master class initializer
• Go to style books
• Click more to select a page for preview

Expected result: Private pages is not shown
Actual result: Private pages tab is shown
