Summary:
Import Object modal is displaying "Name" field instead of "Object Name"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Object Admin
2. Click to import an object

Expected Result:
"Object Name" field is displayed (being consistent with the rest of the portal)

Actual Result:
"Name" field is displayed
