The Date and Time modal is closing after only the date value be selected

Description

The date and time modal is closing when the user has selected only the date value

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
2. Add a date field
3. Add a Date and Time field
4. Publish the form
5. Go to published form
6. Click to open the date and time modal
7. Select a date value
8. Observe

Expected Result

The Date and Time modal should stay open waiting for the user to finish the action

Actual Result

The Date and Time modal is closed with only the date value 

 Note 1: The date modal should also use this expected behavior

  Note 2: The date and time predefined value should also use this expected behavior
