Input Name field losing selection in Sites Modal

Description

When user goes to Control Panel -> Sites and try to create a Site, the selection in the input field goes out and doesn't allow the user to insert a name, unless the user clicks in the field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Application Menu > Control Panel > Sites > Add;
2. Select the template, like the Blank one;

Expected Result
The name field remains selected and the user can write in it without having to click on it.

Actual Result
The field selection is removed and the user cannot write into the field unless he clicks on it.

 Note: This issue cannot reproduce every time. If cannot reproduce at the first time, close the modal, then open again.
