Description

Predefined value label and help text are missing from Date and Time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Forms
2. Add a Form;
3. Add a Date and Time field;
4. Click on the Date and Time on the Form Builder;
5. On the side panel, click on the Advanced tab;
6. Observe.

Expected Result

Under the Field Reference field, there is a Predefined Text label and a help icon that displays a help text when the user hover the cursor icon on it.

Actual Result

The predefined value field under the Field Reference hasn't a label and help text icon.
