Step to reproduce:

1. Add a widget page
2. Add a Container to a content page
3. Add a Button fragment into Container
4. Link the widget page to editable field of Button
5. Save the fragment composition as a fragment
6. Export the fragment composition
7. Import to a new site
8. Add a fragment composition to a content page in new site

Expected Results:
The linked page should be kept since the original page exist and it allows user to select page from other site.

Actual Results:
The linked page is missing in Page selector field.
