Cannot filter by document type field

Step to reproduce:

1. Add a new document type with Text field
2. Add a dynamic collection
3. Select Document and new document type
4. Filter by Field
5. Select the Text field in Select Structure Field modal

Expected Results:
The Text field should be shown in modal.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

The same issue happens on Asset Publisher.

Tomcat 9.0.56 + MySQL 5.7. Portal master GIT ID: 8328d769f081fe7b11a2a16956b9601e4260840a.

Cannot be reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.56 + MySQL 5.7. Portal 7.4.13-DXP-U5.
