Rejected Remote App Entry does not have 'Rejected' status

Description

    Remote App Entry maintains the 'Pending' status after being rejected.

    Steps to Reproduce: 

    1. Enable workflow approval process on Remote App Entry
    2. Create remote app entry
    3. Reject the remote app entry 
    4. View the remote app entry

    Expected Result:
    Remote App Entry should go into the "Rejected" status.

    Actual Result:
    Remote App Entry maintains the "Pending" status.

    Reproduced on:
    Tomcat 9.0.56 + MySQL 5.7
