Add Advanced options to Fragment configuration

As Fragments become more and more complex, there is the need to reorder the available fragment config options based on two main reasons:

1. Usability. Have config options better ordered, for the users to gain on clarity and minimize the time to identify and access all the possible options

1. Reduce impact of non-advanced users modifying certain options. This will minimize the chance of fragments wrongly setup generating negative impact on the page & site.
