It is not possible to publish or update a definition if role type Asset Library is defined in assignments/notifications at a node

Description:
It is not possible to publish or update a definition if a role type is defined in assignments at task node

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open menu > Workflow > Process Builder > New Workflow
2. Add a Task node
3. Complete the workflow transitions (Start -> Task -> End)
4. (1) In Assignments section, click on the Asset Creator already defined
5. (1) Change to role type and choose Asset Library
6. (1) Fill the required fields
7. (1) Click on publish

8. (2) In Notifications section, click on the Recipient Type
9. (2) Choose role type and choose any Asset Library
10. (2) Fill the required fields
11. (2) Click on publish

Expected Result:
The workflow definition should be publised or updated

Actual Result:
The workflow it is not being published or updated

Verified on master : 0cbc02a8181eb9aaae1a8f0cf824c7d8f51b6247
