Widget Content requires refresh to appear under Page Content

Context
I am adding content to Content Pages using the Asset Publisher and Web Content Display widgets.

Behavior
The Page Content tab in Browser side panel does not list newly added widget content unless I refresh the Page.
Also, when I remove widget content from the Page, I must publish my changes for the content to be removed from the Page Content tab.

Step to reproduce:

1. Add a web content
2. Add a content page
3. Add a Web Content Display widget to page
4. Select the web content in Web Content Display widget
5. Go to Browser -> Page Content

Expected Results:
The Web Content Article is shown on Page Content

Current Results:
The Web Content Article is not shown on Page Content, it works after refresh the page.
