Asset Publisher documents don't appear in the Page Content tab

Context
I'm using the Asset Publisher widget to add documents to a Content Page.

Behavior
Even though the widget is set to Manual, the selected documents are not displayed in the Page Content tab.

Step to reproduce:

1. Add a documents and media
2. Add a content page
3. Add an Asset Publisher widget to page
4. Select the document in Asset Publisher
5. Go to Browser -> Page Content
6. Refresh the page

Step to reproduce:

3. Add a Document and Media widget to page
4. Go to Browser -> Page Content
5. Refresh the page
6. Note: it also fails for Blogs widget

Expected Results:
The Documents is shown on Page Content

Current Results:
The Document is not shown on Page Content
