Can't select a page from the staging environment in link to page selector DDMForms

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Global site
2. Go to Content & Data > Dynamic Data Lists
3. Go to Manage Data Definitions (ellipsis on the top right side)
4. Create a new Data Definition with a Link to Page field
5. Create a new List with the Data Definition created in the previous step
6. Create a new site
7. Create a Widget Page on the new site
8. Put a Dynamic Data Lists Display portlet on the Page
9. Set the portlet's scope to Global
10. Select the previously created List to be displayed
11. Turn on local staging with page versioning
12. Add a new page
13. Add a List entry
14. Try to select the new Page in the Link to Page field

Current behavior: Only the live site pages are listed

Expected behavior: The pages in the staged environment are listed
