In a near future, major browser version number will reach 100. That changes from 2 to 3-digit.

Goal of this spike is to review our logic to parse User Agent header and identifying the places where action should be taken to make that compatible.

Acceptance criteria:

• A confluence page with a comprehensive list of places where Liferay checks the User Agent header
• For each a description/code pointer showing involved logic and a list of corrective actions to make them compatible with the 3-digit browser major version number

Depending on the outcomes of this spike, one or more tasks (under a new epic) will be created and assigned to the corresponding product teams
