Updates ClayTreeView use cases to use new properties

The Clay v3.49.0 (LPS-148101) release introduced a behavior change for the ClayTreeView component that removes the initial prop behavior of `items`, `expandedKeys`, and `selectedKeys` when they are just defined without the controller prop. We need to update existing use cases in DXP because that breaks the implementation, as this component is in Beta we don't generate a major version or avoid it, so we can do things like this during beta and avoid as much as possible but based on feedback from developers this it would be clearer for the DX component.
