Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an Object
2. Create two Fields (Text and integer)
3. Publish the Object
4. Create a form
5. Add a text field and a numeric field on fields group
6. Publish the form
7. Add an entry on the form
8. Go to the object portlet

Expected Result:
The entries of the fields are displayed

Actual Result:
The entries of the fields are broken
