Investigate if limitation that causes loss of reference from page to fragment in global when importing LAR can be removed

Details

    Description

The following PTR highlights a current limitation of the export/import (using LARs) of content pages with references to fragments in global.

The scope of this task consists on investigating if such limitation can be removed.
A possible solution could be to export fragmentEntryKey (instead of fragmentEntryId) along with possible groupKey / groupId, and take them into account during the import process.

      Steps to reproduce:
      Go to the Global site
Create a new collection and a new Fragment in it
      Export the Collection(LAR export)
Create a new site and a new Content page in it
Put the created fragment on it
Export the site, download the LAR
Restart the bundle with a new DB
Import the Collection to the Global site
Create a new site and import the site LAR as well
      Edit the imported Content page

      Expected behavior:
Fragment should be accessible with its original name

      Current behavior:
Fragment is not editable and the original fragment name is replaced with "element"
