Wishlist Admin Screen

Currently the wishlist Admin displays just the wishlist name and as wishlists are given a name of "Default" when created there is no way for admins to know which users own which lists. 

 

We want to display the username and/or useremail beside the wishlist in the admin view so you can see which lists belong to which users.

Also, if possible it would be nice to provide the account  with the constraint that it will be only visible if the user belongs to a single account.
