Scheduled Blog Entries do not appear in the Content Dashboard

Prerequisites:

• Deploy the attached feature flag

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new blog entry
2. Under Configuration, set the Display Date to a future date
3. Publish the blog entry 
4. Confirm the blog entry appears with the Scheduled label in the main Entries page
5. Navigate to the Content Dashboard (Global Menu > Applications > Content > Content Dashboard)

Expected Result
The blog entry created in steps 1-3 should appear.

Actual Result:
The blog entry does not appear. 

Note:
If the blog post is published first and then edited to to a later display date, it will appear in the content dashboard.
