User story

As an Admin, I want to configure Segment Services and Segments Analytics Settings from Instance Settings, so that I can control the segmentation of a specific instance. 

As an Admin, I want to view more accurate descriptions of the Segment Service configurations, so that I better understand these configurations.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Segment Service configurations will persist in the System Settings. 
2. Segment Service configurations will be added to the Instance Settings.
3. Rename current Segments Preview Check Interval field will be called Compound Segments Interval.
4. The current help text will be changed into this one: Define the maximum time (in minutes) to generate Compound Segments previews.

2. Segment Analytics Cloud configurations will be added to the Instance Settings.
3. The current Check Interval field will be renamed as Update Interval
4. Help text of Update Interval will be: Define how often (in minutes) you want to update ** Segments from Analytics Cloud.
