      Description

      When starting up on Tomcat (at least), you get this exception because the portal has not been initialized yet:

          I am encountering a similar problem when making a HTTP call to a remote server.
          It was working with Liferay 6. SP1 but now with SP2 it's not working.

          UserGroupGroupRoleServiceHttp.deleteUserGroupGroupRoles(httpPrincipal, userGroupId, groupId, roleIds);
