Notification does not appear on the commerce notification queue

    Description

    Summary:
    Notification does not appear on the notification queue when an entry is created

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Add object scoped by Site
    2. Add a field to the object
    3. Publish the object
    4. Create a site
    5. Go to Commerce > Channels
    6. Create a Channel of Site type
    7. Go to Type and select the site created
    8. Go to Notification Templates
    9. Add a Notification Template of Object of any Type (make sure to enable it before saving it)
    10. Go to the object portlet
    11. Add, update or delete an entry
    12. Go to Commerce > Channels
    13. Click on the channel
    14. Go to Notification Queue

    Expected Result:
    The notification is displayed in the Notification Queue

    Actual Result:
    The notification is not displayed in the Notification Queue
