Payment Method Page Alignment Error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Menu → Select Raylife website;
2. Type a Zip Code and press Get a Quote;
3. Select a Product and press Continue;
4. Select a Primary Industry and press Continue;
5. Fill in all the Basics section pages;
6. Fill in all the Business section pages;
7. Fill in all the Employees section pages;
8. Fill in all the Property section pages;
9. Select a form of insurance in Quote Comparison;
10. Fill in email and password > Click "Create Account" Button;
11. Make upload documents > Click "Confirm Uploads" Button;
