Lazy load responsive iframe instead of loading it every time

Currently when switching to a viewport different than desktop, a iframe is displayed. This iframe is loaded everytime the page editor is loaded regardless of the user selecting a viewport. 

The aim of this task is to lazy load this iframe to make sure that is loaded when it is about to be used, reducing the number of renders that we do on a page.
