Description

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to Search Page
In the configurations for Search Results, assert that "Enable Highlighting" is checked
Search for "test"

Expected Result: Test Test user should be highlighted.

Actual Result: No highlights appear.

Tested on:
Tomcat 9.0.56 + MySQL 5.7
Portal master SHA: e71bb1a127d7c76f0c38d7304fff18430960c0da
